Kaa and Belle started all of this crazy. Getting Kaa as a replacement for a Loki, who unfortunately passed away, made us get to thinking how we really wouldn't mind having just one more. As time went on, we found Belle and thought they could make some pretty babies. We are excited to see the beautiful babies we get out of a Het Kahl and a Albino.
3 years after starting our journey with the two cutest red-tails we have ever seen, a customer got ahold of us to say he unfortunately had to surrender his sweet pair. Stitch and Angel came to us very healthy and a few years old. We are sure they will be ready to be parents in the fall of 2025. Though we are not sure their exact morphs, they both have some amazing colorations that we are sure will make the cutest normies we have ever seen!
After looking into what it takes to breed, we decided we wanted to get into more than just Boas.
We got Ursula because we loved her unique colors and how well that purple just brings out her personality. She is a Lavender Sunfire. She loves going to schools and playing with babies. It did not take her long to figure out she can trust little ones. She'll boop your nose and then curl up in your lap.
Juju's amazing colors and strong morph made it and an easy choice. Juju is Pied, attitude and all. Though he does not come with us to schools and parties, he is the first thing you see when you visit our home. His big 8ft enclosure is a site for a lot of people. Juju is defiantly a daddy's boy, and loves getting cuddled.
Trixie and Coco are our two pythons that joined the family at the end of June. When you get the chance to get not only one, but two pythons at the same time from Bob Clark, you jump hard and fast at that opportunity. Coco is Motley Het Pied, and Trixie is Het Pied, or as we say, a little normie with some pied genes. Coco has chosen Luke to be his person and Trixie has separation issues from Mom now that she is in her big girl enclosure.
Jasmine was a surprise to us all. Dean and Dad kept wanting a Golden Child Retic. Jasmine brought that home. She is still to spunky to take with us to educational and birthday parties, friends and family love watching her here at home. We do always give the warning to watch your toes when she comes out. She is calming down the older she gets.
Eric is our small but mighty baby, coming to us from a friend. He loves his Mom and Andy, but loves to be with babies the most. We have not figured out why he has chosen to stay on the smaller side, but it does help him stay a hoodie snake. Eric is the most likely to be snake-napped, as he thinks everyone is a friend.
Petty came to us with to complete an awesome story. Mom may have been standing on a chair to irritate certain people, and was offered a 15ft possibly gravid retic. How could she say no? Petty came home that day, and we are very impatiently awaiting eggs. She may come across agressive in her enclosure, but she likes to hang out and calm down when she is out with the family.
We never thought we would be ones to get into Milk Snakes, but here we are. With Madame Medusa, Oogie, Cruella, Mushu, and Kida.
It was love at first sight (every time) with Mushu, our escape artist. Who within an hour of getting him, got out of a 10 gallon quarantine tank.
Madame Medusa came in as a drama queen, and still is. She loves being able to watch you through her glass, but as soon as you look at her, she runs.
Cruella is the quiet one, when it comes to the babies. She loves cuddles, but hates people.
Oogie is our little Halloween Baby who really only comes out for Dean or Mom. He has tried to act like Mushu and has gotten out of his enclosure once, that was the longest day of mom's life!
Kida is quiet and loves Dad. She has came with us to a few schools, but really just loves the quietness of home.
Madame Medusa and Mushu are Honduran Milk Snakes.
Cruella, Oogie, and Kida are Pueblan Milk Snakes.
We would love to put a special heartfelt Thanks to Brian Barczyk at The Reptarium and BHB for our milk snakes. RIP and know we are Brian Strong!
Bingo is not technically a family pet like the snakes are, but she is loved by everyone. Andrew does not get attached to any animal, seeing her at a reptile expo, our sweet child fell in love. She was attacked as a baby and doesn't have her front right paw anymore, so she will live her life educating kids and cuddling. She is picky just like her human and hates loud noises. You will find her in piles of kale, picking on crickets, gulping down radishes, or cuddling her baby. Our sweet little love will not be a part of breeding. Most males get a little aggressive while breeding, and with her not having all her paws, she will not be able to protect herself.
Bluey and Muffins are our breeding pair, though they are not old enough yet and just enjoy cuddles and food, we can not wait to see what amazing babies come out of two Trans Hypo Bearded Dragons. Bluey is our quiet "old" man, and always finds the quiet kids at schools to cuddle. Muffin lives up to her name and is very spunky! That girl can RUN!
Bruce was a surprise for dads birthday. Ryan has always wanted one, but never wanted to put his wants before the kids. So as a present, along came Bruce.
Now if you can guess where our big guys name came from, I will give you a sucker!
He loves coming out of his enclosure and hiding other other warm spots. Dad is his favorite human, though he is okay with mom sometimes. He does like seeing the world while on dad. If you couldn't get enough of the toddler faze, you should totally get a water monitor. Bruce is a Black Asian Water Monitor.
Meg came to us in March '24 after a lot of talking about what we wanted to pair with Bruce. One of our friends at the Expo had a sweet normal Asian Water Monitor, and holding her for 2 seconds was enough for us to know she belonged at home with us. She loves checking out the dogs and trying to take rides on the Husky. With all of her energy, and how tiny she is, we found the best hack, putting her in a jumbo hamster ball and let her chase the kids and dogs.
John and Michael are brothers who have never been separated, so of course mom got her way with both. As you have noticed, education is a big deal, so these guys barely miss a class. They love Turkey, Fresh Strawberries, and Carrots. Cuddles and climbing are a must daily. They have recently learned they can climb up on dad and check out a whole new world.
Peter is Michael's son, after his mate passed away due to unexpected complications, Peter refused to bond with anyone else. So Marcus (the breeder) called Nicky to see if could take him. Family means everything to us, so it was a no brainer. Peter was very excited to see his dad after months of being apart. It took all of 1 hour to be snuggled into the pouch with Michael. Now the 3 of them are very happy and healthy together.
As of now we have Athena and Apollo
Atlas was a Russian Red-Foot Tortoise. He was sweet, loving, and cuddly. Mom got him while going through a hard time, and he had become her go-to when down. He did get a little lonely while everyone is at work and he is home alone, so along came Athena. Unfortunately Atlas had some health issues and left us early.
Athena is a Cherry Head Red-Foot Tortoise. She loves to play in water and let everyone know where her corner is! Athena is our spunky little tortoise that has that small but mighty personality.
Aphrodite was with us for a short time, a wild caught Red-Foot, and had some respiratory issues we unfortunately did not catch in time. We miss her so much.
Echo was a sweet Sulcata tortoise that had a rough start. We brought him home to give him the best life he could have in his short amount of time we were going to have him. The few short months we had him, was not enough time.
Apollo came as a mate for Athena. He is learning that Athena is very picky of where she sleeps, and is very confused since becoming an indoor tortoise after being a outdoor tortoise in Florida.
Crested Geckos
Dude and Duder were our first two crested geckos. The more places they can jump, the happier they are. Dad is their favorite because he hand feeds them crickets. Other than that they spend their day climbing and making little ones laugh. We love their big personalities in such small bodies.
Dude is a Flame Crested Gecko, and Duder is a Harlequin Crested Gecko.
Once they were old enough, it was time to get them some girlfriends. Duder is now co-habituating with Dudette. She is a cute girl and loves to cuddle. Dude is not quiet ready and so him and one of our new girls (who will hopefully have names soon) will be put together at another time.
Leopard Geckos
Jack and Sally are our sweet little babies that are all ready laying some more sweet babies. Jack is a Mack Snow Tremper Albino Murphy Patternless Leopard Gecko, who loves watching the dogs and eating crickets, and Sally is a Hypo Mack Snow Tremper Albino W/Y. Jack loves to explore and Sally loves to cuddle when she is not laying eggs. in 2024 Sally gave us 6 beautiful baby girls. We did keep 2 of them because of their spots that we just were not expecting with mom and dads morphs. 2025 babies are starting to hatch soon!
Tokay Geckos
Lewis was bought and we were told he was a Lucy, boy was that a surprise to find that! He is full of life and loves to bark at everyone that will listen. Stan was bought as dad thought it would be cool to breed these geckos. Tokays are cool from far away. Their eyes are awesome and the colors are just amazing. Just be careful where you put your fingers. We will say Tokays are not for first time gecko owners.
